Operations Manager – Catering (London)

About the role

Vacherin is looking for an Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day catering operations across a portfolio of sites in the London region. You will work closely with on‑site managers and teams to deliver outstanding food and service while ensuring compliance with health, safety and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily catering operations across multiple sites within the region.
• Lead, support and develop on‑site managers and their teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, food hygiene and brand standards.
• Manage financial performance, including budget control, forecasting and cost efficiency.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support new site mobilisations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven operational experience in catering management, preferably contract catering.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, labour control and compliance standards.
• Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to motivate remote teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and a passion for delivering outstanding food and service.
