About the role
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an experienced 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a Year 6 pupil with SEND and academic needs at a primary school near Sefton Park in Liverpool. This full‑time role starts as soon as possible and runs until at least Christmas, with the possibility of extension.
Required profile
- Has previous 1:1 experience within a primary school
- Has experience supporting pupils with SEND
- Can provide targeted academic support across KS2
- Is patient, nurturing and consistent
- Can build a positive relationship with the pupil
- Works well alongside the class teacher and wider school team
