12 Month Internship – Macro Structuring

About the role

This 12‑month internship on the Macro Structuring team offers recent graduates the chance to work alongside senior structurers in London. You will be immersed in the development of innovative structured products for financial‑institution clients, collaborating with sales, trading and other front‑office desks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and presenting marketing material for client meetings and internal strategy sessions.
• Work with sales teams to design product solutions, including pricing strategies and client pitches.
• Collaborate with trading and other desks to analyse pricing impacts and market changes.
• Support the creation of new pricing tools and models in response to market demand and regulatory updates.
• Educate sales colleagues on advanced pricing systems and keep them informed of new features.
• Maintain regular communication with internal teams and external clients to ensure compliance and effectiveness of solutions.
