3D Exhibition Stand Designer

About the role

ISOframe Exhibitions Ltd, the UK’s leading manufacturer of modular exhibition stands, is seeking a creative 3D Exhibition Stand Designer to join its sales and marketing team. You will work both in 3D to model exhibition booths and in 2D to produce graphic artwork, turning client briefs into realistic renders and production‑ready documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret client briefs and develop 3D models of custom exhibition stands using Solidworks or equivalent CAD software.
• Create lifelike renders and detailed technical drawings for manufacturing.
• Design graphic elements for stands using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Produce artwork for pre‑sales presentations and final stand installations.
• Collaborate directly with customers to refine concepts and ensure brand compliance.

Required profile

• Strong creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas from brief to final design.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to work under feedback cycles.
• Valid driver’s licence and own transport for commuting to the Burton on Trent office.

Required skills

• Solidworks (or comparable 3D CAD software) for part, assembly and drawing creation.
• Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience in spatial 3D design, interior or architectural contexts.
