About the role

This position is for an experienced Account Manager who will own the commercial relationship with mid‑to‑large London Market clients using an enterprise SaaS platform. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across underwriting, broking, operations and IT to drive retention, renewals and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 5–8 strategic accounts, maintaining account plans, stakeholder maps and health metrics.
  • Drive on‑time renewals, prepare proposals and mitigate churn risks.
  • Identify and progress upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in partnership with Sales.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, executive briefings and adoption sessions to demonstrate ROI.
  • Act as client advocate, influencing product priorities and service expectations.
  • Coordinate escalations with Support and Professional Services.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, revenue forecasts and account health reporting.

Required profile

  • Proven experience with Cloud/SaaS platforms.
  • Background in insurance or financial services, preferably within InsurTech.
  • Demonstrated success managing renewals and growing complex accounts.

Required skills

  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Familiarity with Cloud/SaaS solutions.
