Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee client accounts, ensure profitability and drive growth. The role involves regular on‑site visits, building strong relationships and managing contracts to meet business expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise profitability of assigned contracts and meet performance targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver services within budget, contract terms and client satisfaction standards.
• Conduct regular on‑site client visits to identify and resolve issues.
• Monitor competitive activity and prevent client attrition.
• Lead account development plans and manage change processes.
• Prepare timely reports and ensure risks are mitigated.
• Work flexibly, including occasional overnight or weekend assignments and extensive travel.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience in a similar account management or sales role.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to meet financial targets.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Self‑motivated, confident and approachable with a flexible, ‘can‑do’ attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems.
