Appointed Representative Recruitment Manager / AR Headhunter

About the role

OneDome is transforming the home‑moving journey by integrating estate agency, mortgages, conveyancing and other property services into a single platform. The AR Recruitment Manager / Headhunter will identify, engage and recruit high‑quality mortgage broker firms into the OneDome Appointed Representative network, driving sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and recruit high‑quality mortgage broker firms to join the OneDome Appointed Representative Network.
• Promote OneDome’s products and services and build strong relationships with prospective AR and directly authorised mortgage broker firms.
• Manage the recruitment pipeline from initial prospecting through appointment and onboarding, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, Business Development and Marketing teams to support lead generation and networking initiatives.
• Attend industry events and maintain accurate CRM records, recruitment forecasts and pipeline reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting mortgage broker firms or financial services businesses with strong business development and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of the UK mortgage intermediary market, including Appointed Representative and Directly Authorised models.
• Self‑motivated, commercially driven and able to manage a sales pipeline independently.
