Account Manager – Sales Team

About the role
The Account Manager will join Reed.co.uk’s Sales Team in Holborn, London, focusing on growing revenue from both existing and new clients. You will build strong relationships, develop strategic plans and help clients maximise the use of Reed’s online platform.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a clear strategy for each customer portfolio to increase year‑on‑year spend.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships within each client organisation.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations using key response metrics.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and contribute to desk‑level strategy.
- Educate clients on how to utilise the Reed site to sell more products.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing and growing accounts.
- Track record of generating revenue from new business.
- Ability to create and implement account strategies.
- Face‑to‑face sales experience with a consultative approach.
- Consistent achievement of sales KPIs and targets.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
- Results‑driven, motivated and passionate about sales.
- High attention to detail, time‑management and self‑discipline.
