Accounts & Tax Supervisor – Film, TV & Media Clients

About the role

Our medium‑size accountancy firm in central London is seeking an Accounts & Tax Supervisor (or Assistant Manager) with 1‑3 years post‑qualification experience. You will support a portfolio of clients primarily from the film, TV, creative, media and entertainment sectors, delivering high‑quality accountancy services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own client portfolio and ensure service excellence.
• Review work prepared by junior staff.
• Prepare complex FRS 102 and FRS 105 statutory accounts from start to finish.
• Draft corporation tax returns and personal tax returns.
• Review VAT returns and bookkeeping assignments.
• Train and mentor junior team members and assist with ad‑hoc projects.

Required profile

• Fully ACA or ACCA qualified.
• 1‑3 years post‑qualification experience in a senior/ supervisory role.
• Proven experience preparing statutory accounts, corporation tax, personal tax, VAT returns and bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based accounting software.
• Motivation to learn, progress and thrive in a medium‑size firm located in Zone 1.
