Activities Coordinator (Part-Time)

About the Role

Join Ruckland Court Care Home, a warm and welcoming residential and dementia care setting located in the peaceful Ermine district of Lincoln. We are looking for a creative and innovative Activities Coordinator to enrich the lives of our residents through engaging, meaningful, and diverse social programs.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a diverse range of individual and group activities (e.g., gardening, arts and crafts, seasonal celebrations).
• Lead the 'Resident of the Day' program to ensure personalized care and engagement.
• Foster connections between residents and the local community through collaborative projects.
• Coordinate outings, excursions, and seasonal/charity events.
• Develop and maintain a structured activity calendar that caters to all resident needs and abilities.

Candidate Profile

• A friendly, warm, and welcoming personality with a passion for elderly care.
• Highly organized with strong planning and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills and an empathetic approach.
• Ability to adapt activities to suit various cognitive and physical needs.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and professional vehicle insurance for excursions.
