Administrator – Data Entry & Office Support

About the role
Neo Property Solutions is expanding its back‑office team in Leeds and needs a reliable Administrator to manage large volumes of data and support day‑to‑day operations. You will work closely with the field‑based surveying team, ensuring that reports are accurately uploaded to multiple internal and client portals.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer communications via phone, email and letters.
- Maintain diaries and schedule appointments.
- Validate survey data and perform data entry into in‑house and client systems.
- Administer risk assessments and review client requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the Planning and Estimating teams.
Required profile
- Previous experience in administration or data‑entry roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new software quickly.
