About the role
We are looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to lead a high‑performing, multi‑disciplinary squad that will launch new products and enhance existing ones across various segments and channels. Based in Newbury, you will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with colleagues both in‑office and remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and lead a cross‑functional team to deliver product initiatives on time and to quality standards.
- Apply Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and continuously improve delivery cycles.
- Coordinate with product owners, stakeholders and technical specialists to define road‑maps and priorities.
- Monitor progress, remove impediments and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies such as 5G, AI and IoT within product development.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or similar role in a technology‑focused environment.
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills, with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hybrid setting and adapt to changing priorities.
Required skills
- Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery tools.
