Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI‑driven workflows, intelligent agents and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Re‑engineer existing processes into AI‑enabled or AI‑native workflows.
• Build secure, integrated solutions within the Microsoft AI ecosystem.
• Ensure AI solutions are governed, production‑ready and scalable.
• Monitor, optimise and continuously improve AI performance and adoption.

Required profile

• Passion for AI and emerging technologies with a hands‑on engineering approach.
• Proven experience delivering AI solutions and intelligent automation from proof‑of‑concept to production.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft AI ecosystem (Azure AI, Microsoft Foundry, Power Platform AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot).
• Experience integrating enterprise systems via APIs and modern cloud technologies.
• Solid understanding of process improvement and AI‑enabled automation.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with ownership of delivery.
