Air Conditioning Engineer – Kings College Hospital

About the role

Artic Building Services Ltd is seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to work on the Kings College Hospital site in London. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, and starts as soon as possible. You will join a team delivering maintenance and reactive services for critical HVAC plant.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks on plant at the client site.
• Complete job tasks on a PDA, including risk assessments.
• Provide further‑works reports when required.
• Liaise with the client about completed work and any additional requirements.
• Update contract managers with relevant site information.
• Inform administrators of site or plant changes and manage asset information.
• Collect parts from suppliers or the head office as needed.
• Submit a weekly timesheet to the office each Monday.

Required profile

• Relevant and up‑to‑date F‑GAS and NVQ qualifications.
• Comprehensive experience in HVAC and building services environments.
• Continuous employment history within the HVAC and building services industry.
• Proven knowledge of a wide range of air‑conditioning systems and plans.
• Ability to work independently, manage time and paperwork, and contribute to a team.
• Strong client relationship skills and a positive, flexible attitude.
