Amazon Marketplace Manager

About the role

Huel is building a world‑class internal Amazon capability. Reporting to the Head of Marketplaces, you will own day‑to‑day performance of the Amazon business, leading advertising, managing the platform and shaping strategy across global channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands (Video & Standard) and Sponsored Display campaigns across UK and US markets.
• Manage the full keyword lifecycle, applying best‑practice targeting, negative keywords and campaign clustering.
• Drive full‑funnel advertising using DSP and STV, leveraging AMC Audiences and placement modifiers.
• Optimise listings, A+ content, Brand Store and imagery to boost visibility and conversion.
• Monitor pricing, promotions, Buy Box health, unauthorised resellers and FBA inventory.
• Support sales forecasting, budget allocation and major retail events such as Prime Day and BFCM.

Required profile

• 3+ years hands‑on experience managing Amazon Sponsored Ads at a scale of £5m+.
• Systematic approach to keyword management and strong understanding of DSP/STV value.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with data‑backed recommendations.
• Experience across multiple Amazon marketplaces (UK, US, EU) is a plus.
