Propositions Manager

About the role

The Propositions Manager will support the development, enhancement and commercialisation of client propositions for designated segments and sectors across Corporate Banking. Working closely with Coverage, Product, Digital, Marketing and other teams, you will translate client insight and business priorities into clear value propositions and go‑to‑market activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain proposition positioning, messaging and client narratives for assigned segments.
• Gather and analyse client feedback, market research and competitor activity to inform proposition development.
• Work with Product, Digital and Service teams to create integrated client solutions and journeys.
• Monitor proposition performance, prepare reporting and use insights to improve effectiveness.
• Produce and maintain sales‑enablement materials such as pitch decks, playbooks and case studies.
• Build and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholder relationships to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Experience in proposition management, product management or client solutions within Corporate Banking.
• Strong analytical ability to synthesize market and client data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills in a matrix organisation.
• Organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to balance competing priorities.
