Architect – Residential Projects

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Architect to join our award‑winning residential team in central Manchester. You will work on a diverse portfolio of residential, mixed‑use and related projects, collaborating with a supportive, people‑first practice that values career development and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed architectural solutions for residential projects.
• Prepare and coordinate construction documentation, drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants and clients to ensure design intent is achieved.
• Participate in design reviews, site visits and project meetings.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and standards.

Required profile

• Qualified architect with experience in residential design.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality work on schedule.
• Willingness to engage in professional development and further education.
