Architectural Technician – Hampshire

About the role

Join a long‑established multi‑disciplinary practice in Hampshire where you will experience the full project lifecycle—from concept sketches to planning submissions, Building Regulations packages and on‑site delivery. You will work alongside structural and civil engineers, gaining exposure that is rare for a small‑practice technician.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage architectural packages from initial design through planning applications and Building Regulations approvals.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants and surveyors to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Produce detailed drawings for domestic extensions, new builds, listed properties and commercial schemes.
• Support site teams with construction documentation and on‑site queries.

Required profile

• 2‑6 years of UK experience as an Architectural Technician.
• Ability to run a project package independently and liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable preparing planning applications, Building Regulations submissions and consents.
• Desire for breadth across project stages rather than siloed detailing.
