About the role
We are seeking a motivated Asbestos Surveyor to join our Manchester office. You will work on a variety of domestic and commercial projects, delivering high‑quality asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys across diverse property types.
- Ensure all work complies with HSG264 and UKAS guidelines.
- Collect bulk samples, record findings accurately and produce detailed survey reports.
- Maintain strong health and safety standards on site.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Required profile
- BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor in the UK.
- Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and HSE guidance.
- Full UK driving licence.
