Assistant Maintenance Engineer – Manufacturing

Key responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production machinery.
• Respond promptly to electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
• Diagnose faults and perform effective repairs to minimise downtime.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects aimed at increasing equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Complete maintenance documentation accurately and ensure safe work practices.

Required profile

• Previous maintenance engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Recognised mechanical engineering qualification.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving abilities.
