Associate Analyst, Strategy and Execution

About the role

Invesco is seeking an Associate Analyst to join its Strategy and Execution team in Henley, Oxfordshire. The role offers early‑career professionals the chance to work across the Americas and EMEA on RFP and global database projects while developing project‑management and operational expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Provide project‑management resources for the Americas and EMEA RFP & Global Databases team, planning and leading stakeholder meetings.
• Communicate tasks to internal team members and external partners, track progress and prepare regular updates for senior leadership.
• Draft presentations and communications related to project roll‑outs.
• Manage the shared team mailbox, route incoming deliverables (RFPs, RFIs, DDQs) and assign them to writers.
• Load, tag and prepare documents in the Responsive system before assignment.
• Create custom reports in Responsive to support work allocation and activity reporting.
• Update and maintain Power BI dashboards on team capacity and activity.
• Clean and compile quarterly reporting data for senior management.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional with strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle both strategic projects and routine tasks such as mailbox management and reporting.
• Interest or background in AI and automation is advantageous.
• Willingness to engage with senior leaders and act as the local point of contact for the team.
