Associate Director of User Acquisition

About the role

Zynga is seeking an Associate Director of User Acquisition to lead profitable growth for its Gram Games and Merge Dragons! portfolios. You will own the full UA strategy across major channels, driving scale while improving efficiency, measurement, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute end‑to‑end UA strategy, ensuring profitability targets are met.
• Plan yearly growth, scaling tactics, and risk mitigation across markets and channels.
• Lead measurement frameworks such as MMM, incrementality studies, and pLTV to enhance decision quality.
• Optimize full‑funnel performance with product‑aligned campaigns (FTUE/RTUE, monetisation events).
• Mentor UA managers and analysts, fostering career growth and execution excellence.
• Partner with Creative, ASO, and Product teams to accelerate testing velocity and improve funnel optimisation.
• Establish transparent reporting, accountability, and actionable insights to boost execution speed.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading user acquisition strategy for mobile games or interactive entertainment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of improving ROAS and LTV.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop high‑performing UA teams.
• Excellent collaboration skills across product, creative, and data functions.
