Audit Partner – London (Hybrid, Competitive Salary)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Partner to join our growing London practice. This senior position offers a hybrid, flexible working model and a competitive partner‑level package. You will lead audit engagements, drive quality, and contribute to the strategic growth of the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a portfolio of audit and assurance engagements for SMEs, mid‑market businesses and larger groups.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, acting as a trusted commercial adviser.
• Deliver high‑quality audits in line with UK GAAP, IFRS and professional standards.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.
• Mentor, develop and manage audit teams, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Drive audit quality, technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other service lines to provide integrated solutions for clients.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the wider audit practice.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Significant post‑qualified experience in external audit.
• Proven track record of leading audit engagements and managing client relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness and business development capability.
• Excellent leadership, communication and relationship‑building skills.
• RI status, or willingness to obtain it.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to contribute at partner level.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of UK GAAP.
• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS.
• Expertise in audit standards and external audit methodology.
