Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will own the end‑to‑end financial integrity and statutory compliance of the London site, partnering with the Group Centre of Excellence and site leadership to deliver accurate accounting, insightful reporting and disciplined financial governance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of site financial records, overseeing monthly and quarterly close processes.
• Partner with the Group COE on revenue recognition, cost allocation, balance‑sheet management and tax compliance.
• Lead preparation of local statutory accounts and act as primary contact for external audits.
• Resolve billing queries, manage payroll processing and monitor aged creditor/debtor balances.
• Support capital‑expenditure planning, liquidity management and cash forecasting for site leadership and the Europe FP&A team.

Required profile

• Qualified finance professional with strong technical accounting knowledge and experience in statutory reporting and audits.
• Commercially minded with ability to translate financial data into actionable business insight.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive in improving processes and controls.
