Audit Senior – Qualified or Finalist – Top 20 Firm

About the role

We are seeking a qualified or finalist Audit Senior to join a prestigious Top 20 accountancy practice in Manchester. You will work on a diverse portfolio of commercial and public‑sector clients, with opportunities to engage in advisory projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and complete a variety of audit engagements.
• Lead audit teams, coach junior staff and provide constructive feedback.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the audit process.
• Identify areas for improvement in client business processes and propose recommendations.
• Prepare audit reports and monitor progress against budget.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or ICAS qualified or finalist.
• Significant experience in audit, preferably with a minimum of 30% audit exposure.
• Proven ability to lead audit engagements and manage client relationships.
