Bar Staff – Manchester Airport

About the role

Join the bar team at a busy Wetherspoon pub located at Manchester Airport. You will serve food and drinks to customers, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and contribute to a friendly hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders and serve drinks to the correct specification, both at the bar and via the customer app.
• Prepare and dispense beverages, deliver food, and complete check‑backs.
• Clear plates and tables within required timeframes, maintaining a clean‑as‑you‑go standard.
• Perform cleaning duties such as wiping surfaces, toilet checks, glass‑washing, and restocking fridges.
• Assist in floor and beer‑garden clearing and other duties as needed.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, friendly and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and work under pressure.
• Team‑player able to adapt to flexible shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, weekends and late finishes.
• Over‑18 (under‑18 may receive a lower rate of pay).

• Competitive hourly rate of £14.35.
