About the role
Join the vibrant team at Slug & Lettuce on Deansgate and help create memorable experiences for our guests. No prior bar experience is required – we provide full training and support in a friendly, inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet every guest warmly and make them feel welcome.
- Prepare and serve high‑quality food and drinks following clear procedures.
- Offer recommendations to enhance the guest experience when appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting space throughout your shift.

- Enthusiastic about teamwork and collaboration.
- Enjoy interacting with guests and delivering excellent service.
