Bottling Operator

About the role

Brave New Spirits is looking for a Bottling Operator to join its production team. You will play a key part in ensuring that premium whisky is bottled to the highest standards of quality, accuracy and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Operate four‑head filler machinery efficiently to bottle whisky.
• Apply correct and aesthetically pleasing labels to each bottle.
• Palletise finished products securely for distribution.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on bottling equipment.
• Monitor the production line and address operational issues promptly.
• Complete required paperwork related to bottling operations.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain quality.

Required profile

• Previous experience in bottling or food‑and‑beverage production is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods, lift and palletise loads.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Adaptability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
