About the role
As the Brand Marketing Manager for Training and NikeSKIMS, you will own the brand strategy and execution for these categories across the UK and Ireland, using London as the cultural engine. You will translate global direction into locally resonant stories, experiences and partnerships that move athletes, creators and communities.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own the strategic plan for Training and NikeSKIMS in London, the UK and Ireland.
- Convert global and EMEA guidance into insight‑led, London‑rooted campaigns and seasonal plans.
- Lead cross‑functional execution with retail, partner marketing and activation teams.
- Identify, nurture and activate relationships with athletes, creators, cultural leaders and community partners.
- Gather continuous consumer insights and feed them into EMEA and global strategy discussions.
- Manage timelines, budgets and cross‑functional alignment to deliver high‑impact activations.
- Develop and coach one direct report, fostering a high‑performance team culture.
Required profile
- Deep immersion in the London training and street‑wear culture.
- Proven experience leading brand strategy and integrated marketing for consumer brands.
- Strong network with athletes, creators, cultural institutions and community organisations.
- Ability to translate consumer insights into compelling brand narratives.
- Excellent project‑management and stakeholder‑management skills.
