Brand Training Lead – QSR (UK)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Brand Training Lead to build the people function for a fast‑growing UK quick‑service restaurant (QSR) brand. You will design, deliver and scale training systems that keep pace with rapid expansion while maintaining high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the full New Store Opening (NSO) training programme across every new site, working on‑site during opening weeks.
• Develop crew, Shift Leader, Assistant Store Manager and General Manager development pathways from scratch, with clear milestones.
• Create and run a Certified In‑Store Trainer programme to accredit high‑potential staff for day‑to‑day onboarding.
• Blend digital learning delivery with practical in‑store facilitation to ensure consistent learning experiences.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in L&D, brand training or training management within QSR, fast‑casual or multi‑site hospitality.
• Proven NSO delivery experience, having been on the ground for new site openings.
• Ability to design training content from scratch, including workbooks, digital modules, assessments and facilitation guides.
• Exceptional in‑room presence and the confidence to engage a crew of 20+ on opening day.
• Commercially minded, self‑directed and able to manage workload without hand‑holding.
• Bonus: franchise training experience, Level 3 AET qualification or exposure to apprenticeship levy programmes.

Required skills

• Salary £50,000 – £62,000 per year, dependent on experience.
