About the role
We are seeking a Senior HR Coordinator to own core HR processes for a fast‑growing tech business. You will act as the first‑line advisor for line managers and employees, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off‑boarding.
- Provide day‑to‑day HR advice to managers and staff on policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Ensure full compliance with UK employment law and internal best practices.
- Lead and support key people initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement programmes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and reporting in line with legal requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience in HR Operations or as an HR Coordinator.
- Working knowledge of employee relations and UK employment law.
- Degree‑level qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
