Bridging Finance Broker – Short-Term Finance Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bridging Finance Broker to join an award‑winning financial services provider. In this role you will originate, structure and close short‑term financing solutions for property professionals and high‑net‑worth clients, focusing on bridging and development finance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure bridging loan and development finance opportunities.
• Design bespoke financing strategies for time‑sensitive projects.
• Engage with HNW/UHNW clients and professional introducers to build relationships.
• Manage the full deal cycle from origination through to completion.
• Maintain high standards of service, compliance and documentation throughout each transaction.

Required profile

• Proven track record in bridging or development finance or similar short‑term lending.
• Comfortable working with high‑net‑worth property professionals.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication abilities.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and results‑driven.
• CeMAP or equivalent qualification and FCA‑regulated experience preferred.
