Building Surveyor – Hybrid (Manchester)

About the role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven Chartered Building Surveyor to join a respected consultancy that is expanding its Manchester presence. The role is hybrid, combining office, client site visits and home working, and offers a clear pathway for long‑term development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections across a varied commercial portfolio.
• Undertake dilapidations and prepare schedules of condition.
• Manage contract administration and produce detailed reports.
• Attend regular client meetings and handle instructions independently.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.

Required profile

• Degree in Building Surveying.
• MRICS or AssocRICS qualification.
• Self‑sufficient and confident on site.
• Ability to manage a range of surveying instructions autonomously.
