Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join Wesleyan’s Technology & Transformation function, within the Change division. The role will provide business analysis services, including requirements elicitation, facilitation and process mapping, supporting key change initiatives across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in requirements elicitation, process analysis, stakeholder management, data analysis and pre‑project analysis.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups and planning sessions with key stakeholders and subject‑matter experts.
• Draft and obtain sign‑off for project documentation such as Business Requirements Documents, Business Design documents, Process Maps, Communication Plans, Risk and Issues logs, Benefits Realisation Plans and KPI reports.
• Build and maintain relationships across the business and with suppliers, helping to resolve issues and ensure successful delivery.
• Support agile ways of working and contribute to the achievement of company objectives.

What we offer

• 12‑month fixed‑term contract (35 hours per week).
• Hybrid working model – typically two days per week in the Birmingham or Oswestry office.
• Competitive salary up to £55,000 per year, based on skills and experience.
