About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join Best.Energy’s fast‑growing team in Bristol. You will be responsible for generating new B2B opportunities for our energy‑monitoring solutions, contacting prospects and booking qualified sales appointments.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn to potential clients.
- Introduce Best.Energy’s energy management platform, handle objections and qualify leads.
- Use data tools such as ZoomInfo to target key decision‑makers and run telephone campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure timely follow‑ups.
- Collaborate with the sales team to nurture prospects through multiple channels and secure sales appointments.
Required profile
- Strong desire to succeed with a high‑energy, proactive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable with cold calling.
- Resilient and able to adapt quickly to different client needs.
- Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple sales interactions.
Required skills
- Experience using ZoomInfo or similar data platforms for prospecting.
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace.
- LinkedIn for outreach and networking.
