About the role
We are a leading specialist consultancy serving top financial institutions worldwide. We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to support our high‑growth journey by generating qualified meetings with senior decision‑makers in banking and insurance.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high‑volume outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads.
- Research target organisations and identify opportunities using market and industry insights.
- Book meetings with senior stakeholders, including C‑level decision‑makers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and manage pipeline activity.
- Support account planning, stakeholder mapping, and targeted outreach campaigns.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client‑facing role.
- Strong written and phone communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders with confidence and professionalism.
- Highly organised, resilient, and motivated by targets and results.
- Interest in financial services or consulting.
