About the role

We are a leading specialist consultancy serving top financial institutions worldwide. We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to support our high‑growth journey by generating qualified meetings with senior decision‑makers in banking and insurance.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct high‑volume outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads.
  • Research target organisations and identify opportunities using market and industry insights.
  • Book meetings with senior stakeholders, including C‑level decision‑makers.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and manage pipeline activity.
  • Support account planning, stakeholder mapping, and targeted outreach campaigns.

Required profile

  • 1‑3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client‑facing role.
  • Strong written and phone communication skills.
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders with confidence and professionalism.
  • Highly organised, resilient, and motivated by targets and results.
  • Interest in financial services or consulting.
