Business Development Manager – Fresh Produce to Foodservice

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our Fresh Produce sales to high‑end Foodservice customers in London. You will manage a territory of fine‑dining establishments, hotels and private clubs, driving both account growth and new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own a defined territory of Foodservice end‑users, focusing on fine‑dining, hotel and restaurant accounts.
• Develop and nurture relationships with Exec Chefs, owners and buyers to understand menu requirements.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Provide product recommendations tailored to client menus, leveraging our extensive fresh‑produce range.
• Collaborate with the supply network to ensure high‑quality service and timely deliveries.

Required profile

• Proven track record in Foodservice field sales, preferably within the London market.
• Experience managing accounts in fine‑dining (Michelin‑star or Rosette) establishments.
• Background in wholesale food categories such as butchery, seafood or bakery is advantageous.
• Previous experience as a chef or in a catering environment is welcomed.
