Business Development Manager - Security

About the role

SHI International Corp., a global provider of IT solutions and services, is hiring a Business Development Manager - Security in London. The role supports sales representatives by providing product support and program information, drives business growth for specific OEM partners through strategic programs, and represents the brand at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales representatives with product information, program details and competitive advantages for pending opportunities.
• Develop strategic programs, campaigns and initiatives to grow business for the assigned OEM partner or business category.
• Create and deliver training, presentations and account mapping sessions for customers and sales teams.
• Monitor and manage sales pipelines, opportunities and deals in line with partner sales goals.
• Represent the brand and partner to leadership, customers and at industry events, and build relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
• Educate the sales force on partner tools, products and programs, and lead partner customer calls and meetings.
• Analyze data to identify trends and inform strategy, and coordinate sales training programs and materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to travel to SHI, partner and customer events, including 15% travel.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Required skills

• Intermediate ability to communicate and sell complex technical products and services.
• Intermediate understanding of IT products and solutions.
• Intermediate data analysis skills (cleaning, transforming and modelling data).
• Intermediate use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
