Business Development Manager – Timber Windows & Doors

About the role
The Business Development Manager will promote a high‑quality range of timber windows and doors, generating specifications and closing sales with architects, self‑build developers and contractors across a 40‑mile radius of Basingstoke.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and secure new specification opportunities for timber windows and doors.
- Sell to architects, self‑build developers and contractors, handling orders from £5 k to £125 k.
- Target a turnover of £1 million and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
Required profile
- Proven field‑sales experience in the construction sector, preferably with joinery, doors or windows products.
- Strong work ethic, results‑driven attitude and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Valid driving licence and passport.
What we offer
- Salary £35,000‑£45,000 plus a £10,000 performance bonus.
