About the role
Zurich offers a 10‑week Business Management Summer Internship in Manchester, giving you a real job with genuine responsibility. You will work across core business areas, gaining insight into how Zurich delivers insurance solutions to customers. The programme combines day‑to‑day tasks with a structured development component.
Key responsibilities
- Support business functions such as Claims, Underwriting, Zurich Municipal, Operations and the Customer Office.
- Participate in a development programme that builds key industry knowledge and professional skills.

- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing abilities.
- Drive, enthusiasm and willingness to step outside your comfort zone.
- Team‑working, collaboration and organisational skills, with a proactive improvement mindset.
