Business Marketing Manager – Growth (UK & Ireland)

About the role

Revolut is looking for a Business Marketing Manager to lead brand and growth initiatives for Revolut Business across the UK and Ireland. You will own the market, develop full‑funnel marketing plans and launch campaigns that drive audience acquisition and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Owning the UK and Ireland market, defining and executing full‑funnel marketing plans, including growth channels, experiments, virtual and in‑person events, and demand‑generation campaigns.
• Identifying customer needs by deeply understanding Revolut Business customers and translating insights into product recommendations.
• Leading local activations such as case‑study creation, customer speaking engagements and community meet‑ups.
• Partnering with product and global marketing teams to refine targeting, messaging and produce compelling local content for SMBs and enterprises.
• Tracking, measuring and communicating performance to senior leadership and generating best‑practice recommendations.
• Running experiments to test hypotheses and applying analytical rigour to inform go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• 6+ years of B2B growth marketing experience, preferably in a fast‑moving startup or fintech environment.
• Proven ability to turn influencer, partnership, affiliate and owned‑channel initiatives into measurable growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience designing and evaluating experiments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with product, regional leadership and global teams.
