Capital Markets Analyst – Graduate Opportunity

About the role

We are a market‑leading, mission‑driven organisation accelerating the transition to a net‑zero economy through innovative electric‑car leasing financing. As we scale our Capital Markets team, we are looking for a recent graduate to join as a Capital Markets Analyst. You will gain hands‑on exposure to complex debt facilities and the full lifecycle of securitisation, supporting senior team members in structuring and managing capital.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management of securitisation facilities and transition to public markets, including rating agency and investor engagement.
• Perform financial modelling, market analysis and manipulate large data sets.
• Prepare and deliver sophisticated transaction reporting on asset performance, forecasting and trigger monitoring.
• Respond to ad‑hoc data requests and create high‑quality spreadsheets and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the broader team to align capital‑markets activities with the company’s growth agenda.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• Recent graduate or up to 1 year experience in a finance‑ or data‑centric role (Capital Markets, Banking, Debt Advisory preferred).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear outputs.
• Proactive, self‑driven problem‑solver eager to learn new financial structures.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical analysis to stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Basic SQL knowledge for querying and managing large‑scale data.
