About the role

Join All Care Services as a Care Assistant, providing person‑centred support to older adults in the Lambourn and Kintbury area. You will help clients maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Prepare meals, carry out basic cooking and support food shopping.
• Perform light household tasks such as tidying and laundry.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote wellbeing.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence, own vehicle and business insurance for community‑based visits.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship offered).
• Flexibility to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends on a two‑week rota.
• Good English communication skills.
