About the role
We are looking for a casual Conference and Events Waiter/Waitress to join the events team at Jumeirah Carlton Tower, a luxury hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge, London. The role involves providing attentive food and beverage service during live conferences and events, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Log and process guests quickly and courteously during events.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of meeting and event service standards.
- Communicate guest comments and unresolved issues to supervisors.
- Apply relevant legislation such as liquor licensing.
- Control and safeguard keys during use.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high‑end hospitality environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold luxury standards.
- Flexibility to undertake additional duties or redeployment as needed.
- Ability to contribute to departmental productivity.
