Chef de Partie

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie to join the team at Hole In The Wall, part of the Premium Country Pubs portfolio. In this role you will lead a kitchen section, ensuring high‑quality food is prepared and served while supporting a friendly, efficient service for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Run a designated kitchen section, coordinating the team to deliver dishes on time and to standard.
• Prepare mise‑en‑place and all ingredients required for service.
• Cook dishes to specification, maintaining consistency with the menu.
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety throughout the kitchen.
• Mentor junior kitchen staff and help train new team members.

• Passion for delivering great food and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand standards.
