Chief Finance Officer – London North

About the role

We are looking for a senior finance professional to join our network of independent CFOs, delivering part‑time CFO services to ambitious private businesses across London North. You will work autonomously, building a portfolio of clients while benefiting from the support of a well‑established organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership to £2‑50M private companies, helping owners achieve growth, acquisition or consolidation goals.
• Develop and deliver the financial metrics that matter most to each client, translating numbers into actionable business decisions.
• Grow and manage your own client portfolio, leveraging the global CFO network for collaboration and best‑practice sharing.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with CEOs, MDs and entrepreneurs, acting as trusted advisor and strategist.

Required profile

• Qualified member of a UK chartered accounting institute (e.g., ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA).
• Proven experience as a CFO or Finance Director in mid‑sized businesses.
• Strong commercial finance and business‑strategy expertise with a track record of delivering results.
• Exceptional relationship‑building skills and a genuine passion for supporting business owners.
