Client Advisor – Luxury Retail (Part‑time/Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Client Advisor to play a key role in our London stores. You will be at the forefront of our brand’s physical presence, responsible for driving sales and delivering unparalleled customer service. This role requires a passion for luxury, excellent communication skills, and a customer‑centric mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service, acting as a clear and credible ambassador for the Carl Friedrik brand.
• Drive sales through confident product knowledge, storytelling, and effective upselling and cross‑selling.
• Actively contribute to building a loyal customer base, developing ongoing relationships with clients and supporting client outreach and follow‑up.
• Maintain strong store standards across presentation, cleanliness, and product care.
• Support stock handling and back‑of‑house organisation to ensure the store runs efficiently.
• Process transactions accurately and professionally, contributing to a smooth end‑to‑end customer experience.
• Work closely with the wider team to help establish the culture, pace, and expectations of the store.

Required profile

• Experienced retail professional with strong energy and presence on the shop floor, confident engaging customers and comfortable selling premium products.
• Detail‑oriented, caring about service quality and presentation, understanding that flagship standards matter every day.
• Committed to building long‑term client relationships through thoughtful follow‑up and consistent service.
• Reliable, commercially aware, and interested in growing with the business rather than staying static.
• Interest in travel, design, and quality craftsmanship, with the ability to convert interest into sales and repeat customers.
