Client-Facing Paraplanner – Hybrid – £55-65k + bonus

About the role

Join an award‑winning Chartered Financial Planning firm as a Client‑Facing Paraplanner. Working from a modern City of London office, you will partner directly with senior Financial Planners and high‑net‑worth clients, playing a visible role throughout the advice process.

Key responsibilities

• Attend client meetings and contribute to advice strategy.
• Prepare and deliver high‑quality suitability reports.
• Conduct technical research across investments, pensions, protection and tax‑efficient strategies.
• Manage annual review programmes and ongoing wealth‑management reviews.
• Ensure a first‑class client experience at every stage of the advice journey.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of paraplanning experience within a financial planning firm.
• Diploma qualified (Level 4) and progressing towards Chartered status.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and protection.
• Proven ability to produce high‑quality suitability reports.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
