Client Relationship Executive

About the role

As a Client Relationship Executive at Centrick Limited, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling complaints, enquiries and ensuring a high level of service. You will work closely with internal teams and the Head of Client Relationships to deliver accurate reporting and maintain strong client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance.
• Monitor and report on complaint trends, KPIs and service performance.
• Prepare and distribute accurate client reports within agreed deadlines.
• Respond to client enquiries, requests and online reviews with exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and client portals, including site inspection logs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support outstanding service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, client relations or complaints handling.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem‑solving mindset and collaborative team attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
